The terms that govern your use of All SVG Icons, including license, icon attribution, sponsor terms, and limitation of liability.

Welcome to All SVG Icons (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of allsvgicons.com (the “Site”), including all icons, tools, articles, and downloads we provide. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. License to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and commercial design and development work.

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror, or systematically download the Site or its underlying APIs in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security features, or access controls;
  • use the Site to build a competing icon aggregator without our written permission;
  • upload or input unlawful, infringing, or malicious content into our tools;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with All SVG Icons.

3. Icons and third-party licenses

The Site indexes and previews SVG icons from open-source icon packs (the “Icons”). Each pack retains its original license (MIT, Apache 2.0, CC BY 4.0, OFL, ISC, etc.) and is the property of its original author(s).

  • The license for each pack is shown on its pack page. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the relevant license before using an icon.
  • Some licenses require attribution. Where required, attribute to the original pack author, not to All SVG Icons.
  • We do not claim ownership of the Icons. Our compilation, presentation, design tools, search index, written articles, and original artwork are owned by us and protected by copyright.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with details and we will investigate.

4. Tools (Optimizer, Sprite Maker, Favicon Generator, Logo Maker)

Our in-browser tools process files locally in your browser unless otherwise stated. Output is provided “as is”. You retain all rights to files you upload; we do not store them on our servers.

5. User content and feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or sample content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to operate and improve the Site, without any obligation to you.

6. Sponsorships

Sponsor spots on the homepage are sold on a monthly basis through Dodo Payments. By purchasing a sponsor spot you agree that:

  • No NSFW, illegal, or hateful content will be promoted. We may reject or remove any sponsor at our sole discretion.
  • Sponsor placement is on a best-effort basis; minor downtime does not constitute a refund event.
  • Refund policy: pro-rated refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if we are unable to fulfil placement; otherwise sales are final.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any URL, logo, or copy you submit.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, ICONS, TOOLS, AND DOWNLOADS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that downloads will be free of viruses or other harmful code.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SVG ICONS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All SVG Icons against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including icon licenses).

The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (analytics, payments, advertising, icon CDNs). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the processors we use.

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
